    Discovery call

    A relaxed phone call with our team. Tell us what is going on, ask your questions, and find out which evaluation is the right fit for you.

    Before your visit

    Online intake

    You complete your health history and consent forms online ahead of time. Your team reads everything before you arrive, so your visit is spent talking, not filling out paperwork.

    60 minutes, in person

    Your Root Cause Evaluation

    You meet with your medical provider and your Functional Practitioner at our Westlake Village clinic. Together they walk through your full story and order the labs your body needs. Bloodwork is usually started at or right after this visit.

    Behind the scenes

    Clinical review

    When your results come in, your care team reviews them side by side with your history. Your medical provider and Functional Practitioner build your plan together, so the medical and functional sides fit as one.

    About two weeks later

    Results and Care Plan visit

    We sit down with you, explain what your labs are showing, and hand you a personalized plan. You leave knowing exactly what to focus on first.

    Your program

    A 45 minute session with your team each month, a short weekly check in, and messaging with replies within 24 hours. Your plan is adjusted as your body responds, with a reassessment and repeat labs around 90 days.

STEP 2

Root Cause Evaluation

$1,295

Online intake before your visit, a 60 minute in person visit with your medical provider and Functional Practitioner, lab orders, a full clinical review of your results by the care team, and a Results and Care Plan visit about two weeks later.

STEP 3

Your Five Month Program

$799 per month for five months

Five 45 minute sessions, one each month. Messaging with your care team, with replies within 24 hours. A personal plan built one priority at a time, a short weekly check in, and repeat lab review as needed, including a reassessment around 90 days.

GOOD TO KNOW

Priced separately.

Lab testing is paid directly to the lab. Specialty tests like DUTCH or GI MAP are ordered only when needed. Supplements are available through our Fullscript dispensary, with a few available in clinic. Prescriptions are filled through your pharmacy.

Every patient is cared for by a team, not a single provider. The medical and functional sides work together, so your plan covers both what is happening medically and what you can do every day.

Your medical provider

Our Medical Doctor or Nurse Practitioner provides medical oversight, orders and reviews your labs, and prescribes when it is the right tool.

Your Functional Practitioner

Builds the nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle side of your plan and leads your monthly sessions.

Our care team

Helps with scheduling, forms, payments, and any general questions along the way.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you take insurance?
RENEW is a cash pay clinic and does not bill insurance. We can provide a superbill you can submit yourself, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Are labs included?
Labs are not included in the $1,295. They are paid directly to the lab, and the cost depends on what is ordered for you.

Do I have to do the five month program?
No. The evaluation stands on its own. Most patients continue because that is where lasting change happens.

Is the first visit in person?
Yes, your evaluation is in person at our Westlake Village clinic. Some follow up care may be offered by video when you are located in California.

Who will I see?
A medical provider, either our Medical Doctor or Nurse Practitioner, along with our Functional Practitioner.

Can my partner come?
Of course. Partners are welcome at visits.

Can you guarantee results?
No one can promise a specific outcome, and we will not. We promise to look at your full picture and build a plan that is personal to you.
